Agreement – This website is owned and presented by ifc (Ice Fishing Country) div. of Cougar Ventures Inc. as a service to our customers and friends. Your use of this site is expressly conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Except where otherwise indicated, this site and all text, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, designs, audio, video, data, software, files, trademarks, service marks, trade names, pricing information and other information contained on this site are the exclusive property of ifc. You may not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the information or materials on this site for any purpose. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, you may not reproduce, copy, re-transmit or modify any of the content of this site without the express, prior, written authorization of Ice Fishing Country.
Terms of Payment – Invoices are issued as of date of shipment covering deliveries from our stock and are due and payable in lawful money of Canada upon the issuance thereof unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing. Payment may be made by Email Money Transfer (Interac e-Transfer), Credit card (Square)- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Data Accuracy – ifc provides technical information, specifications and item description with each product. Ifc does not guarantee data accuracy on its website or documents and disclaims all liability. Once the customer receives the product, it is customer’s responsibility to inspect the product in its original packaging and verify that the product meets the specifications as ordered.
Limited Warranty – Ice Fishing Country products are warranted for a period of ninety days from date of shipment. Any products found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration or unauthorized repair. Upon notification that a product has been found defective, ifc will issue an RGA number (Return Goods Authorization) for returning product and should be returned via freight prepaid.
This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, all such other warranties being hereby expressly excluded. In no event will ifc be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages or loss of property. This warranty may change periodically.
Release and Indemnity – With the exception of the rights arising from the Limited Warranty, Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Ice Fishing Country, its employees, agents, servants, insurers, and representatives harmless of and from any claims related to any personal injury or property damage, which indemnity shall include attorney’s fees or cost incurred in connection with defense of claims for personal injury or property damage, in any way arising from or related to this purchase by Customer.
Shipping Information – Unless specified, all orders will be shipped by Canada Post with a promotional shipping charge of $12.50 in Canada and $25.00 to contiguous US states, with exceptions. Orders shipped to remote, Northern, and International (outside of Canada) locations may incur higher shipping charges and/or duty and tax charges for which the customer is responsible.
